    Ordered a kids teapot set off "true-aussie" for my daughter, the photos were of a good quality set but what turned up was a very cheap, completely different teapot set which would of been a 3rd of the price of temu, asked for correct set that I ordered. They just replied with return policy and instructions. Guessing this seller just hopes people don't care when receiving a cheap alternative to the item they purchased and just hope they can't be bothered returning it. Waste of my time -1/10

    I ordered a 168 set of “Ohuhu” markers for my daughter, I was sent a 168 set of some cheap Chinese brand, some of the markers were leaking and some were bone dry, the carry case was dusty and full of holes, so disappointing, buyer beware !!! I messaged them and they replied with “ so sorry how can we fix this “ like they didn’t know they were scamming people lol Quick delivery of the shonky product though 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Product took months to arrive. A lot of back n forth with seller on when and if the item had been sent, with seller stating it had been sent and offering a refund if not arrived, but then said they can’t give refunds even though they previously offered it. Felt like I was being strung along. Then they finally gave a tracking number and said it was Toll, but tracking number did not work. Eventually the item arrived via Team global express.
