Works but humidity calibration is way off.
I purchased this product and after 2 days realized it was drying out my cigars because it was 11% high on its humidity measurement (as measured against my other two calibrated hygrometers). I called support and they taught me how to adjust the measurement down ( up to 9%). When I asked what to do with the other two percent they just said to run it a little high and seemed pretty averse to replacing it. I have not made an issue with it yet but it seems pretty micky-mouse to sell a product that will never show the correct humidity. I am keeping it for now to see if it works but may just return it.
