  I had a bit of a negative experience with a purchase. My shipment never arrived and was lost in transit. However, this seller was excellent. 5 stars. They worked on trying to find the missing package, when that did not work, they quickly offered me a refund. The seller (and I) are both disappointed that the shipment went missing, but I would absolutely buy from them again

  Seller never dispatched item - seems to bank with EBay, politely responds after queried by purchaser, returns funds after a month. I guess that gets him a month to use other people’s money. That does not really help my 12 year old son who waited 6 weeks for nothing, asking me every day when this present would arrive. See other feedback and beware.
