It's okay but silent
2 of 2 found this helpful We bought this for a screen porch and we wanted the gentle sounds of a little splashing waterfall in the background, to set a relaxing mood. But this makes NO sound. We tried everything - adjusting the speed, the water level, even putting a few stones in the bottom where the water comes down - but nothing worked. It's a fine little fountain, but it doesn't do what we desired - makes no soothing sounds of trickling water. Makes no noise at all. So - depending on what you're looking for - this may or may not fit your needs.
