Works well.
I don't know if they're still making these or if it's New-Old-Stock. Either way, it's holding a good long charge.

Cool stuff!! I heart geeks.
I have an older (maybe 5-or-7 year-old) lawnmower battery that had been requiring jump-starts the last few years. A few *months ago I hooked up this item (the battery desulfator) in parallel with a 1-amp trickle charger (about $5 on sale from Harbor Freight Tools). I'm grateful to say the old battery started the lawnmower last week without any need for a jump-start, and again today. Cool stuff!!
I compare to a hardware store's $33-$40 replacement economy battery option, which I think is what I have on life-support via this desulfator in combo with the Harbor Freight 1-amp trickle-charger. "Reduce-Reuse-Recycle" in that order.

Very helpful.
I installed this to light the staircase as I tend to leave all lights off and miss the bottom step sometimes. A warm-light led would be preferable to me, but I think I can tape some yellow crepe-paper over it to ease the harshness.
