  I shipped the item on the same day I received the order, using the address provided in the eBay system. The buyer later asked me to use a third-party courier, but I followed eBay policy and shipped to the original address. Now the buyer has left negative feedback, which I believe is unfair. I followed all eBay rules and shipped the item promptly. I’m happy to provide all message records to show I did nothing wrong.
