Poor quality ear speaker and very quiet ringtone even on loud setting

Panasonic phone expected a lot from this phone given many rate them the best in the market. This phones weakness for me is the sound and volume out of the ear speaker is tinny and low even when you put the volume on full. The hand free speaker is better. The other weakness is the ring tone is not loud even in the highest setting and there are limited ringtones you can’t add more. The Bluetooth feature works well so you can use your mobile to make calls once again the ear speaker on the handset lets it down much clearer using you mobile directly

Samsung S4 Genuine battery

These are not A grade genuine Samsung batteriy. My samsung galaxy S4 switches off when the battery level hits 35%. When you put the phone on charger it shows battery status as 0%. Received a second replacement battery it had a the same problem the phone switched off when the battery read 30%. When I put the original 4 yr old s4 battery in the phone it works all the way down to 1% charge before switching off. Do not recommend this battery
