Tough, solid motor.
I use this motor type in a dirty, oily, and hot environment, to operate a heavy machine tool. the tool is an 18" diamond bladed rock saw, cutting boulders of agate, jasper, and jade. The motor is rigid, solid, and runs great; this is the best value I've found in electric motors on the internet.

Perfect for my use, great price
Great blower fan motor used for a 30" exhaust fan; good value, nice motor!

Great floor locks! Great price!
Used these to stabilize a large, heavy piece of equipment and lock it to the floor. It's a portable gantry crane, but these floor locks do not bear the weight, they just stop it from moving and rolling around.
I had to do some research to find out the height to set them at. That important information is that the floor locks should extend 1/8" below the level of the caster at the floor. This assures that the rubber foot engages the floor and locks the equipment in place, yet the weight of the equipment is borne on its original casters.
These are great devices, and the foot pad locks the device down using an overcenter action, and pressing on the round rod releases it. The foot pad has the capability of accepting an additional foot or material by fasteners, should the floor lock be mounted deeper under the equipment. All of the surface is galvanized, I built custom brackets and mounted these with 3/8" bolts.
