The cup was the wrong color. Was suppose to be bright green like the ad shows , but arrived and was instead dark green. So disappointed!!!!

Received a photo of the tumbler in a dark room, stating it wasn't the right color. Advised them to return it, as I accept returns. However, they declined and seemed to prefer keeping it while seeking a refund. This customer proved to be extremely difficult, exhibiting aggressive behavior and even making threats. It seemed like they were looking for an argument without a resolution. I maintain my stance of not engaging in unnecessary arguments.
