Worth buying
Great game... so good that I bought it twice for my dad because the first DVD chipped and cracked from the center outwards due to the case damaging it. Majority of ppl say New Vegas is better than Fallout 3, but I personally think Fallout 3 was slightly better. Realistically though, they're both great games worth buying.

Good refurbished older phone with great battery
The camera lens has minor scratches which is a clear indicator to me that the phone was previously used (or was a display model somewhere). They might have taken the phone completely apart and changed out the casement to make it all look like new again, though not very well. The screen didn't have a single scratch on it, so I imagine they replaced the screen as well (and included a screen protective lens on top which was a nice touch). But the battery cover doesn't sit perfectly in line (sticks out a bit). The loop tab thing on the back is really floppy and annoying (way worse than my previous W995). The battery cover tab can fall out if not careful. The rubber screw hole filler things feel rotted or cheap as they scratch and peel apart easily (could just be due to the red coloring making it weaker than the black ones). The top part of the phone sits a bit crooked on the main body of it and it grinds a bit when I flip it open (my previous W995 did as well, but not as much). Earbuds came with rotten old foam covers which is fine cuz the included earbuds are terrible compared to the older w810 phone model earbuds which I still use today. Believe it or not, these are all just minor nit picking complaints though. This is a very decent phone and is far better than any newer alternatives out there in my opinion as I hate touchscreen crap and haven't been able to find a decent newer non-touchscreen phone as they all lack even basic features. I'm all about battery life, durability and longevity with a side order of simplicity and features. W995 has those qualities for the most part. I just don't like the flip out part as it's what broke the wire on my last W995 after several years of constant use.
The battery looks brand new, not a mark on it, and seems to last longer than my recently retired W995 phone. It was fully charged out of the box, so I haven't tried charging it yet to see if it holds the new charge well or not, but I imagine it will. It's been 3 days of heavier than normal use and the battery is now at 19% which should get me through the day if I don't use it too much. I personally think that's impressive for an old phone like this to still have good batteries for it. The wall charger for it is unfortunately European style, so that's useless, but that's ok cuz it also comes with a USB charger which I'm used to using anyways, so it's all good.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase. The price for it seems a bit steep considering all the flaws mentioned in this review and the age of it. When it was new several years ago, it was worth somewhere around $300, but as a refurbished used old phone, price for it doesn't really make much sense. But seeing as how there's no other good options available for us non-touchscreen phone users, we're stuck with them taking advantage of us.
