Mobile app misfunctions.
2 of 3 found this helpful I purchased the device.seems like a good product but when I connect camara to use the mobile app it asks for to much just to view .and rhen the app starts mistfunction.and somthing so simple as this shouldn't be so difficult to use.

Even tho I didn't pay much for it.for what ever reason it may be .I connected it how it suppose to be ,but I get no power from it when I connect my non usb-c port hp 15 labtop.nothimg turns on.it should compatible with any hp unit
