    Great Picture
    This Sony TV has got an excellent picture for a standard rear projection TV which is why I purchased it. The picture is sharp and clear while the colors remain viberant and true. It is a rear projection unit which requires some real estate in my living room but for the value can't be beat. There is no way to play video in high definition or near high definition mode found on my new Philips DVD player. I'm not quite sure if it's the tv's lack of Progressive scan or lack of HDMI connection that is at fault here. This unit has a selection of inputs for audio and digital but since I use a Yamaha home theater receiver for sound, the built in speaker nor audio inputs are required so I cannot review them here. Note there are some options for speaker output through the TV however. As far as the video connections, there is a coax, a composite, an s video and component digital;no HDMI. I didn't care about the HDMI connection since my Yamaha receiver uplinks all my video inputs into the component digital video connection for a simple one wire connection to the tv. The on screen menu is well thought out and works well. The remote is also a pleasure to deal with but I don't use it either since I have an all in one remote that is part of the Yamaha system.

    Great Short Throw Shifter worth the time and money
    Installed into my 2016 VT and its working great, shorter throw, better shifts and feel. Took some time and pateince to install; taking the original shifter out of the housing was a time consuming event but otherwise all went well. Worth the time!
