Fixing up an old bike on a budget.
This was a great upgrade to the old one piece crank on a GT Dyno BMX bike I've had since the 90s.
It came with a complete bottom bracket and everything needed for the install. There were also some washers or shims that I didn't use. I assumed they were to shim the sprocket left or right for chain allignment.
The one downfall was the lack of instructions. It's pretty straightforward and really only goes together one way, but even some simple instructions would have made life a little easier.
It made the bike look like a much higher end bike. It is a little heavy, but for the beating these bikes take, I don't think that is a problem.
It also should be noted that the old pedals from the one piece crank didn't fit. This crank uses the larger mountain bike pedals.
Great buy, definitely worth it.

Exactly as described. The pic with the caliper helped a lot. I've been battling an exhaust leak with v band collectors and these clamps did the job. Thank you!
