Good Quality & Stoutly Made...
The 4Ah 20/18 volt lithium Kobalt batteries are not put in your typical plastic housing. They are installed in a stoutly made casing that feels like a very dense compound plastic that has a integrated rubberized bumper feel around the entire base and 2/3's up the side walls of the battery casing. The upper third of the casing walls is not rubberized coated. The Kobalt engineers probably put the rubber coating on for better gripping then protection. But.. I would say that the battery could absorb a five to ten foot free fall onto just about any surface without cracking. The one exception?...concrete. That to me, would depend on what part of the battery struck the concrete first.
As for the performance, I have not put them into much use yet. I did however have a late evening quick repair to do that involved the use of a chain saw cutting three to 4 1/2"inch tree limbs. With nightfall coming quickly and not wanting to disturb the neighborhood, I thought why not try the Kobalt reciprocating saw. I took a 4 Ah battery, a new 7 to 8" wood deep tooth blade and spent 15 minutes of aggressive non-stop cutting. The result was; no slowing in the reciprocating speed the entire 15minutes of non-stop use. The indicator charge lights (4 of them with a button to push) showed all 4 lit to indicate the battery still maintaining a full charge reading.
Now I get 15 minutes, is not very long to test a building trade tool battery. But it did allow me to sense the potential of this battery (and tool of course) if it could be a competitor to the yellow, red, and blue label brand tools rated at 20/18 volt.
With Dewalt & Milwaukee bringing online there flagship batteries with twice to three times the voltage ratings, they dwarf the 18 volt batteries. On the other hand, the size, weight and cost of the Kobalt 18volt battery, tackles the most jobs were you want to go as small and light as feasible to get in and out of projects without your work pants fallen down or your tool pouches creating a ring around your hips
Theirs no question when it comes to the cordless saws and boring tools and some specialty tools that a 24v or Dewalt and Milwaukee flagship battery would be the way to go. I will be watching to see when it comes to cutting tools.
In the meantime even though Kobalt 18volt tools have been replaced with 24volt cordless tools which I may also look at later, I've decided the 18 volt is the go to default size for now and is a serious contender for the bang for the buck performance battery and tool.
Just one more thing to note: I think many would agree, that with a 4Ah or 5Ah 20/18 volt battery, depending on your wrist and hand strength on a good 18 volt tool, will get you a strong, long running tool between charges without any fatigue and not weighting your tool belts down.

A CD, that helps me focus on the awesomeness of GOD
The music is not your lightweight, cookie cutter, twang guitar, garbage can drums, garage quality Christian radio music that is (unfortunately) played on most Christian stations. NOoooooo! This CD is set apart, by real talent: Morris Chapman's voice is comprehensive. The voices and the instruments are soothing and inspiring to the soul without distracting your mind about God’s character. The songs, (fast or slow) have a rich full body sound quality that is so refreshing. “Thank You” Morris Chapman and the musicians that participated in the Psalmist CD recording.

Very high quality recorded DVD with good musicans
These musicans create music that generate a mood to dance for most people. Very colorful and high energy performance, with alot of dynamics. A high end band by todays standard. Funk, Drive, Ballots; good show talent. Recorded live, in a New York studio along with interviews with lead musicans. Entertainment to watch again and again.
