Poor packing choice
5 of 5 found this helpful I've been repairing cell phones for a while and I understand the importance of keeping your battery leads covered. Especially while in transit. Wrapping the entire thing in packing tape is just a poor choice. You ended up crimping the ribbon cable, for starters. Secondly, removing the packing tape before installing the battery is nearly impossible without causing damage to the battery itself. All you needed was a bit of electrical tape around the leads and some bubble wrap, but now I'll never order from you again.
