Not new.
3 of 3 found this helpful You said the item was "new". If you used it just once, that means it's used. I would not have bought it, if I had known it was used. The 2nd step bottle was missing liquid, and there was an animal hair, or someones hair in the box the acne cleanser came in. Not really into using cleansing products, someone else has used. Also I don't like animals, so pulling out the product and finding cat or dog hair grosses me out.
