Improve the sealing method and handling problems
The product is well priced but I experienced a problem when opening the orange sealer. There was quite a large amount of ink loose in the recess, this ended up on my clothes once the cover was released. This occurred on the red and blue replacements. Not sure if this is the result of postal handling or poor sealing ability of the Orange covers. Either way it needs rectifying.

Mysterious dispatch.
After paying the asking price and receiving confirmation that the item had been dispatched, I received notice that there was not, after all, one in stock!!
I suspect this was as a result of incorrect pricing and a pretty poor excuse for cancelling my order putting me and the garage who was to fit it at considerable inconvenience.
