New blade design doesn't really make it better
The new blade profile is good in the fact that it doesn't pinch or cut the skin. Although it doesn't have to be fully charged to use on the average person, it still indicates that it wants to be charged for a fair while. This wasn't an issue for me, however; it is stated as one of its selling points, i.e. Quick recharging. Just like its predecessor it 'jumps' around and drags on wet skin. The extension for hard to reach places is a good idea but it does get monotonous when you have to keep going over the same spot all the time to get the device to remove hair. As with every other device designed to, but has difficulty with, cutting or shaving body hair that grows in different directions Series 5000 is no different and these particular areas do require extra attention. Overall its pretty good and does save a lot of time when de-fuzzing. For what it does and what it costs, its not too bad.
