Life Changing
This book is amazing in its information content and ability to read and use as a tool. The information itself is awakening. Actually using the book and eating this way surprised me. It is immediately apparent that 1- my body likes the food. 2- I have the energy of coffee without the coffee 3- I feel hungry in a different way. 4- I smell the foods differently that are not serving my body. 5- If I eat something really high acid, I am able to feel the difference of process inside my body and awaken more to being able to listen... Great book. Great recipes for all ages. Thanks.

YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK
There is only one other book I would recommend more than this one... "Dear God... What's Happening to Us?" by the same author. Enough can not be said of the value to the human spirit than the knowledge and love found whithin the covers of this woman's "thoughts on paper". Truely noteworthy!

East and West
This book is written by a very intelligent, positive Christian man. This man attempts to relate the wisdom of the I Ching, which is comparable to a bible of the Eastern cultures, to the passages and wisdom of the Christian Bible. This book would be a good one for someone who is closed to outside interaction with God. To open that way of thinking, this book challenges the need to "search" the scriptures, rather, using the divination strategies, the bible would then open up for the searcher in a different way. I believe that Mr. Murphy tries to make this book as "Western religion Minded" as is possible in translating such a diversly different communication culture's Book of Knowledge. I personally prefer the books of actual translation than this man's attempt to build a bridge. Expect to lose some of the original divinator base resonance in the comparison.
