Not foam, great sleep!
My wife and I can't stand foam toppers or thick foam beds. They're too grabby and for some reason i get leg cramps when i sleep on them. So we got a bare bones mattress (gave our neighbors the $1500 one we couldn't stand), and we put this product on our bed. Sleeping soooo much better now!

More than you need?
The reason I gave this 3 stars instead of 5 is that it comes with a headband, for which you pay, but you can't practically use. Putting on the headband seems to require major surgery to the point of getting out the soldering gun, but that isn't clear when you buy it.
The earpieces on the other hand went on easily and look and feel great. Don't buy the set with the headband unless you like doing surgery on electrical items. Just get the earpieces, they're great.

And then there was light
This was easy to install and once I got the bulbs (not included) it lit up the dark corner just the way I'd hoped
