  Hi there. I am sorry you're not happy with your purchase, I made every effort to list this as accurately as possible. The listing says "New, other" and suggests to see the seller description. I wrote on there that they were missing and that everything else was as new. The photos also show everything included in the sale. I apologise but am unsure how I could have made it any clearer. The covers are available from many places online starting at £3 which was also mentioned. Hope this helps.
