Does the business
About what you'd expect from a docking station. Good quality, not great. Plastic is a bit thin in some places but won't be a problem in normal use.

Fan works. You may have to force in for machine to detect.

As expected, mostly
Transfer roller clip was put in backwards in the packaging, which took me awhile to figure out. Once I flipped it worked as expected.
