I contacted the seller who immediately refunded 50% of the product price. I have never received such a prompt and positive response from an online seller. I cannot rate the seller highly enough. Normally I give 5 stars for purchase and product quality. I give this seller 10 stars. Immeasurably, fantastic customer service
