Pilates Plus
This is a WONDERFUL book written by a renowned Pilates teacher from London! Inside are many great exercises, often using Pilates principles but simplifying the movement to make it more accessible to the non-exerciser who wants to learn to move well and properly! As a teacher myself this book has been useful in helping me teach folks to move without all the difficult choreography sometimes associated with the Pilates Method, especially those "over a certain age" who may have physical limitations from injuries or overuse. BUT... it is well structured and simple enough to learn the exercises for the novice! Thus, to me, a wonderful combination of appeal to newcomers to Pilates and those of us who have been doing it a while! BUY IT!!

great coffee!!!
0 of 1 found this helpful I love Seattle's Best!! This is a deep, rich coffee!! It's a little too finely ground for my coffee maker but still delicious!! Probably better in a Bodum or something like that! I'm still totally pleased with this product! YUM!!
