  Telephone sent to me was not the one I ordered. Phone packaging seemed incorrect for phone as didn't fit in moulded polystyrene inserts so probably wrong phone in right box. When repacking phone for return, dialer came off as only dab of hot glue holding it in. Certainly not the highest quality. Overall a disappointing experience but seller was prompt with return label and refund hence neutral feedback as neither good nor bad, but it was a waste of my time repacking and taking to post office.

  Buyer beware! After waiting a fortnight the seller cancelled the order with no explanation. Having heard nothing for 10 days after making purchase I contacted seller who said the parcel had been collected but a few days later I received an eBay notification to say the order had been cancelled due to ‘Issue with buyer’s address’ I contacted the seller again to enquire what happened and received no response. I now see that the item has been relisted for a more expensive price. Will not use again
