Good value
Torx drivers seem good quality and do the job I wanted. The two mini screwdrivers look less good and may not last long but they weren't the reason for buying the kit. The plastic pry tool also may not last long but that's probably the nature of such tools. The tweezers are quite handy.
The set is exactly as it appears in the picture and comes in a handy plastic ziploc bag.

Useless
The unit I received didn't work. Although it appeared to be a well made product, when tested the output voltage was only 12v, slightly less than the input, and not enough to charge a laptop. Don't buy.
