After sending back 2 pairs as too small, I finally got these to fit at 2 sizes greater than my actual shoe size. The returns process is pretty good and communication was unfailingly polite. I am rating the item description lower as the advertised size 9 wasn't a fit, in the end a size 11 fits a size 9 foot.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the package. it's Hermes' fault the driver didn't know where the address was and instructions were left to deliver the package. Seller ok communication and understanding.
