The item received was exactly as described, and well documented. Overall I'd consider the transaction positive but I would revisit the packing strategy. The unit arrived with significant damage to the back, including bent and broken pieces. It appears to only be cosmetic damage but it's still a bummer to have your rack equipment look like it fell off a truck.

When I first received this item, it was different than expected. The whole front cover was missing and had some DIY plastic foam cover instead. I contacted the seller and they shipped a replacement right away, which was as described. Since they made things right on the second try, I will mark it as an honest mistake. I still need to put the card to the test, but it is recognized by the board and boots into the OS. We will have to see how it performs. Both items came well-packaged.

Item was damaged in shipping due to poor packaging. The plastic clamshell holding the circuit card was placed inside a bubble envelope. In transit, the envelope must have been crushed, which caused a surface-mount component (C180) to break off. I luckily noticed this upon receipt, as the broken capacitor was loose inside the package, making noise prior to me opening it. The seller was willing to refund or replace the item, but would not cross-ship. I ordered a replacement from another seller.

Transaction started well. Items were shipped the next business day and arrived quickly. After installing most of the items I discovered the full height brackets were wrong. The seller responded to my message several days later and shipped the same wrong brackets as replacements. The seller hasn't responded since. I ended up Dremeling the holes bigger to fit since I didn't want to uninstall everything else. This was a second purchase from the seller, and the last.

Sent with Cisco Transceivers which appear to be incompatible with the NIC. Error message stating SFP+ module not compatible (see screenshot. Truenas Scale 23.10 running on Debian 12). The transceivers are compatible with my aggregation switch so they will be usable and the NIC works otherwise
