I bought these speakers to compliment my home theatre system. I use the Wharfedale DX1SE system and wanted these floorstanders to serve as the front left and right as part of a 7.1 setup. These speakers exceeded my expectations. They have powerful, yet clear bass levels which never become overpowering. Mids are clear and refined and the treble is crisp and sharp. Ive heard detail in music tracks I've never heard before. These speakers were a steal at this price. I saw some criticism over the quality of the finish on these speakers, however there are no issues on my pair. Construction is solid and clean and they look and feel like a premium product.

Perfect one season

Firefly was cancelled by Fox after they meddled and aired episodes out of date. But if you watch the show as intended in the correct order on this Blu-ray you'll find an engaging sci-fi story set in surprisingly relatable future. The cast of characters are brilliantly distinct and feel like a family. Each one has a moment to shine and you grow to care about all of them. It's a real shame the show was cut short but you can follow up the show with the movie Serenity and delve into some comics for more backstory.
