Great for gadgets, too small for gear
2 of 2 found this helpful If you carry around a lot of small bits and bobs, this backpack is fantastic. It has a lot of compartments to organise items such as adapters, dongles and whatever cords you happen to be carrying around. If you're a gadget freak, there's a lot of room here in a comfortable and out-of-the-way form factor.
However, if you're carrying any kind of binder or heavy-text book, this backpack will prove to be a challenge. You likely won't be keeping your lunchbox in it either, unless you pack a slim one. While you get a convenient size, you'll pay for it in the time spent tetris'ing your non-gadget items into the backpack.
The bag has about 9 pockets in total.
- 1 laptop pocket at the back of the bag
- 5 pockets in the main compartment, one for a tablet, one for a battery bank, 2 smaller pockets for cables and a phone-sized zip pocket.
- 1 deep front pocket ( about 15cm ) which easily accepts large phones.
- 3 pockets in the front and a key lanyard clip.
Luckily for me, I usually only carry gadgets and the odd notebook or two, which is what this backpack is fantastic for. I just wish it had a little more room in case I need the extra space.
