  Your no-cancellation policy created a hardship. You accept returns but on a large, heavy item, return-shipping is expensive and constitutes a large percentage of the refund. Additionally, you did not print the correct apartment number on the shipping label. The number on the eBay shipping information is correct (30B). Your label was 30D (See picture in the message I sent). This created a huge hassle as it was dropped off at an apartment upstairs and not at my back door where my car was parked.
