Grainy transfer, rudimentary Blu-ray features, uninformative packaging
I bought this particular item for the discs, not for the package. My wife and I enjoyed the series when it was first on, and thought another spin through the series would be fun.
The transfer seems very grainy, and the functioning of the discs seems very rudimentary. There is a message when you access each disc about Blu-ray being new technology, and not every feature will work, so that might put some perspective on the state-of-the-art when these discs were created.
If I were looking at purchasing this series on media again, I might just go for the DVD's, or else purchase the individual seasons. I would definitely look for something remastered later than these if it were available.
There is also no information about the # of discs for each series, or their contents, anywhere on the packaging.

a very good, entertaining, and useful book. Recommended.
Great history of the Fender Stratocaster, including methods for maintaining and adjusting your particular example.
One criticism is the particular collection of examples they use seems like they might not be representative of what most people would have on-hand. Still and all, a very good, entertaining, and useful book. Recommended.
