Laser sharp!

The cutter is so sharp that it seamlessly sliced of a piece of my thumb into the salad. And it was a clean cut! I won't disclose a picture but trust my word for it: my thumb is still hurting three days later.

Main gripes are with quality and price relation to quality. It should be more balanced: either of better quality or less costly.

Worth every penny.

I've been using a Benriner 95 for years now, and this is just an upgrade. Standard Benriner quality and reliability. Amazing Japanese steel blades.
