May Be Too Lightweight For Paddle Leash
This is fine for a fishing pole leash but too lightweight for a paddle. Would look elsewhere for something heavier if you need a leash for your kayak paddle.

Excellent HighBack Life Jacket
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the second Onyx I have purchased within a year. These are perfect for using in a kayak with a high seat back. Does not inhibit arm movement, you can sit against the seat back, very comfortable and the best bargain on the market for a hard to find, high-back....mesh back....life jacket.

Lots Of Information, Almost Too Much
I bought this book on the recommendation of a friend. It addressed both type 1 and type 2. I had just found out I was type 2 diabetic and frankly, some of the information scared me a bit. I do not agree it was easy to understand and felt it went over the top of the average person's ability to understand. It seemed to jump between type 1 & 2 way too often. I read some of it but just couldn't get through it. I found another book, recommended by my doctor, A Week In The Zone Diet by Dr. Barry Sears to be much more helpful and instructive, less technical. What to purchase for easy to make meals. The Dummies recipes, weird.
