I absolutely LOVE this thing!!
The technology is so advanced that I am speechless! I can't compare it to anything else. My son hooked it up relatively fast. We started using it immediately. The controls are simple. (I'm not one of these young people born with those controls in my hand.) I am able to exercise and track my progress. The item provides very useful and helpful hints along the way. It is like having a personal trainer in the TV. I'm going to get one for my 70 year old Mother!

Excellent book
I am a huge fan of Burnham. The photographs are absolutely stunning! It is a beautiful coffee table book!
