    Product was described as brand new and it wasn't. The foam and bag inside the box were torn and the and the figurine was damaged and dirty. I was offered a part refund but refused. I have returned the product. Very annoyed as it was a Xmas gift and I I left with nothing to give as I couldn't get a replacement quick enough.
