    Very poor customer service. Although I received the new hoodie in a timely fashion, it had a very strong, noticeable odor which was unexpected and made the hoodie unwearable. I contacted the seller about the odor. I had two condescending responses from the seller who did not apologize for the odor nor offer any solution to the situation. It is hard to believe the seller did not notice the odor prior to shipping the hoodie. I do not recommend this seller.
