Item arrived with cut power cord and would not power up. Sold as used and working. May have been damaged in shipment but was also not packed well. Was able to purchase a replacement power cord on Amazon for $18 designed for internal circuit board connection. Works fine now but product was either not inspected prior to shipment or poorly packed.
