Ordered a new bike but received a used damaged one

Today I received the spin bike. I ordered a brand new one. But it is very clear the one i received is a used one with lots of scratches, rusty damaged handle and a broken wheel. There are scratch marks of old nuts and bolts. I am very disappointed with this. There were no wrapping and styrofoam was old and damaged.
