  The seller was very professional with timely feedback and giving information about the laptop. The shipping was quick and the laptop was beautifully packaged. The condition of the laptop was listed as used, which was indeed the case. However, I was hoping to get one with better battery life and in the same, better condition as the images displayed in the ad. The lid has a big scratch on it, the one side is a bit worn, but the keyboard and touchpad are in great condition. Very happy overall
