If you’ll be encountering no-see-ums (Ceratopogonidae) or any tiny flying bugs, Sea to Summit also makes a head net with 2000 holes per inch that will offer better protection with slightly less breath-ability . Save the bug spray. Cover your skin when possible.

High quality tarp-poncho

Very high quality tarp-poncho. Seams are sewn very well, as good or better than any of other top level gear you may have. Tie outs for tarp use are very solid. Buttons to keep the poncho closed work perfectly. Hood can be closed when being used as a shelter. If you can afford DCF products(dyneema composite fabric, formerly cuban fiber) it’s time to start using it. Sil-nylon is an excellent product that will hold the lions share of the outdoor product market for a long time to come. DCF is lighter, stronger, and more expensive. Enjoy.
