  I ordered a transformer toy from this seller that was damaged/missing parts and it was not in the product description. Once I had the figiure in hand I told them how I was not thrilled about the purchase. They offered a partial refund in compensation. I would like to see more information about the seller s future items on sale before I consider buying again, however I believe they have good intentions with every sale. I encourage people to look closely and ask questions before buying.

  Very excellent seller! Item was extremely well packaged; shipping was fairly quick. Description of item was also extremely accurate as well. Item is pretty much in brand new condition even though it is listed as used, from the box to the actual figure itself. I’ve never seen a seller take great care of their figures before!
