Wored fine for a while.

When I first got this printer it printed fine in both black and white and color. Then the black toner started appearing streaked on the page. I tried contacting Samsung but got the normal response. They told me to change the black cartridge and clean the printer. They should have cleaned it themselves when they refurbished it. Not a satisfied customer here.
