1 of 2 found this helpful I've got a product two days after estimated time (for reference Nov. 9 - Nov. 23) Item was bought used and that was mentioned in ad. What was NOT mentioned in ad is that item will come without Sennheiser SURROUND DONGLE PC373D (https://en-ie.sennheiser.com/surround-dongle) that was a pain to source it out (essential part of headset - the headset is useless without that).
When I was asking seller does Sennheiser PC 373D Black Headset includes SURROUND DONGLE PC373D he was unclear.
Finally when I got the Sennheiser SURROUND DONGLE Dec. 9 (whole 30 days) after original purchase I was bean able to test it all out.
Guess what - GOOD BANG for BUCK - All in all solid C+ (if I include all the hassle) they found a new home - thank you :D btw. Shipping cost / import charges are ridiculous for come EU Countries.
