Great concept in a handsome bottle but falls flat on its face

I so wanted to like this scent given the top notes and dry down description. The house of Versace has given us some amazing scents like the original Versus and the epic Dreamer but Pour Homme, while ambitious, falls completely flat. It has absolutely no projection, I can smell it for about 20 minutes then after that nothing but a slight skin scent. Sillage is below par and the dry down while pleasant leaves one wanting more. I smell a rich juice with notes of fig and raisins and a light woody undertone but it needs more Oud and more power. It's so weak that I'm shocked that it was even released, perhaps a major breakdown in quality control? It is a great concept in an amazing bottle but Versace needs to pull this off the market and try again.

Signature Scent at a bargain price.

Great scent with excellent projection. It has a strong citrus opening that mellows out in the first 10 minutes. What's left is a Creed Aventus type perfume that will get you compliments all day long for a fraction of the price. 8 hour performance on my skin and great for the office or date night. You can't go wrong with this one.
