  New is new, I got what was in the photo nothing else, sent two questions about the item but never received any response, poor communication, and better packaging would be a plus, the item was just put in a box and shipped, no bubble wrap, peanuts, paper packing to keep it from moving around and tight in the box. There was two places in the box where it had come through but did not have any part damaged. Thanks for the deal on the part through all of this, I received the part that I wanted.

  I bought a pair of rotors and only received 1, I didn't know until 3 weeks later when I went to install them.   Great customer service. They accidentally sent me 29 hooks logging chain hooks, when I had only ordered 24. 10 count were the style that I had ordered, the rest were a different style. Instead of requiring me to ship them back, they just refunded me for all except the 10 that were correct. Meaning I got to keep 19 count that were slightly different for free, I'll make use of them. They are blue & look to be in good shape, just like the photos. Hooks are great quality and were a good value.
