Salute the sun
This a great game honestly. It is no substitute for an exercise routine, but is a great addition to any lifestyle, with the game even being used by professionals for therapeutic purposes. This game is the perfect example of the advantages technology provides, offering feedback on posture and accuracy of the exercises. Unfortunately the Balance Board is only really used for this game (excluding the other entries in the series), so I would really only recommend this game if the Balance Board can be obtained cheaply. Unless you're looking for a hardcore video game, this game cannot disappoint.
