    A good book for anyone!
    As a Le Cordon Bleu graduate & Executice Chef, this book displays all the fundamental cooking techniques in way I believe anyone can obtain. The classic dishes portrayed are magnificantly written and photographed. I liked this book so much I purchased a second one for my Sous Chef! I would recommend anyone interested in learning tried and true processes to purchase this and other LCB books.
