Sturdy, Lightweight, I just love it!
2 of 2 found this helpful I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, which means my spine is fusing on it's own. I use this to get deep in between my shoulder blades and ribs. It Is long enough for my to reach up and get the areas I need to on, my own. It's light and sturdy and when I break it from all the abuse it's taking from me practically laying on it to get deeper, I will order another one. It is allowing me to get the side of my neck and the joints where my jaw and ear meet. I have never been able to loosen these areas up before and I think it is actually helping my ribs loosen up as well. I absolutely love this thing and wish I would have bought one years ago. If you have extremely tight muscles like me I highly recommend it. It I going to help me keep loose, in turn stand straighter, in turn, be able to breath normal longer. Thank you for making such a fantastic product. The only thing is, I can't decide which head is my favorite, they all have things I like about them.
