Great for reaching mid back pain areas or anywhere.

The cup is smaller than it looked, but keeps you from wasting cream. I had areas on my spine I could not reach at all with lidocaine cream, this solves that and works perfectly. Very sturdy item too. Also perfect for CAYENNE creams so you don't have to get on your hands. Highly recommend this particular wand for any hard to reach area.
